Required experience:

  • Must have an excellent and proven sales track record preferably in training related sales (2 years experience)
  • Prospecting and sourcing of new business / clients
  • Knowledge and experience of the education and training environment essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of the credit industry beneficial.
  • Identifying the training needs of clients & recommend appropriate generic/customised solutions to resolve their training needs
  • Sourcing prospects
  • Sales, i.e. turning potential leads into sales
  • Managing the sales cycle
  • Providing accurate information to all clients and creating an awareness of CSA’s products & services
  • Providing consistently high quality guidance to all clients in respect of their training needs

  • Driver’s License
  • Ability to Travel

Compuscan Academy, a Stellenbosch based private training provider in the credit/financial services environment is looking for a Training and Learning Support Officer.

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for:

  • Learner Support and Guidance
  • Deal with learner requests and information
  • Maintaining regular contact with learners
  • Support and guidance with completion of assessments
  • Assist with Learner Appeals and Disputes
  • Training Co-ordination
  • Client Training Scheduling
  • Internal Training Scheduling
  • Management of Training Calendar
  • Assessment / Exam Scheduling
  • Sourcing and booking cost effective venues
  • Manage Learner Enrolments
  • Coordinate Training Voucher Projects
  • Registration with relevant SETA’s for voucher projects
  • Uploading all required information with SETA’s
  • Invoice accordingly
  • Client Invoicing
  • Preparing assessments as per SETA requirements
  • Providing a high level of customer service to clients and potential clients of CSA

The ideal candidate will possess the following ability and skills

  • NQF level 4 (Matric)
  • Two years administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fully computer literate
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in training environment
  • Knowledge of SETA processes / requirements
  • EE candidate
