Compuscan Academy, a Stellenbosch-based private training provider in the banking and micro-finance environment, is looking for External (Sub-Contracted) Facilitators in Gauteng, Kwazulu Natal and the Eastern Cape with experience in the following areas: credit / micro finance, business development, personal development and debt counselling.

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for:

• Course Preparation & Administration

• Learner Guidance & Support

• Conducting assessments

• Facilitation & Training

• Providing a high level of customer service to clients and potential clients of Compuscan Academy

The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities and skills:

• Qualified assessor (Advantageous, not essential)

• Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)

• Exposure to the financial/credit industry (extremely beneficial)

• Experienced Trainer/Facilitator

• Exposure to and understanding of the outcomes based education and training environment, the relevant legislation and the credit industry would be an advantage

• Computer Literate ( word, excel, outlook express)

• Reliable transport
