Being in possession of a Matric / Grade 12 certificate with mathematics and a language means you do not have to complete the fundamental components consisting of mathematical, communication and basic computer skills. Compuscan Academy does not offer these components but we will refer you to a suitable training provider so you can complete these modules if need be.

You can also build onto your qualification and specialise in areas such as Marketing for Credit Providers; and Credit Policies and Procedures. The credits obtained for these additional modules however will not form part of the National Certificate in Micro-finance.

Each module takes only one day to complete via face-to-face learning at specified training venues with qualified and experience facilitators. We also have a distance learning option that is becoming increasingly popular. You no longer need to travel to the training venue and can get the same quality training in the comfort of your own home. The benefits are that you can complete the qualification in your own time and pace. You can also enrol at any time of the academic year that suits you.

For both face-to-face and distance learning, you will still need to submit the material for assessment at predetermined times. At all times, you will receive guidance and support from our dedicated team. Once successfully completed, you will be issued with an accredited BANKSETA Skills Programme Certificate.
