Mission

Our mission is to serve the credit industry with appropriate, effective skills training and development programmes that will enable people to continuously learn, develop and perform better. To meet our customers’ needs; our training and development programs are accessible, cost-effective, create value, satisfaction, and instil the principle of lifelong learning. We ensure that our facilitators, assessors, consultants and coaches are subject matter experts in their training field.
