The learner support team provides quality support and guidance to all learners throughout their learning experience at Compuscan Academy. This includes coordinating communication between learner, facilitator and assessor; ensuring that learners receive on-time regular feedback on submitted assessments and performing all required recordkeeping tasks and functions.
The sales department is responsible for realising the service objectives of Compuscan Academy. This is achieved by boosting the profitability of clients through offering them the best possible service and training solutions and recommending appropriate generic/customised solutions to resolve their training needs.
The skills development department is responsible for designing and developing quality learning material to ensure our learners receive the most current and relevant knowledge. We strive to deliver only top quality material to ensure our learners are satisfied and can further and grow their career.
This team is responsible for the compiling of training schedules for learnerships and courses as well as the printing of training material and data capturing of learner details.
At Compuscan Academy we have a team of expert facilitators who deliver and present our training material. Each facilitator is equipped with extensive knowledge of the credit industry supported by vast facilitating experience which ensures the course material is delivered effectively and that learner success is optimised.
